Richard Arthur Love (RAL) is the Director of Tropical Project Associates (TPA), and possesses over four decades of international design, development, and marketing experience. His design work is personified by bold and original applications of contemporary western and classical Asian architecture, the use of highly refined color and material palettes, inspired sight-lines, and open floor plans that fully embrace both pure function and a strong relationship to the natural environment. Through his affiliation with Tropical Project Associates Mr. Love’s many years of continuous professional involvement in Property Acquisition, Architectural & Interior Design, and Marketing & Media Production will provide a distinct advantage to Timeless Being’s future operations. Richard Love has offered Timeless Being his professional services and the global resources of TPA in the capacity of Executive Consultant to the project.

John Schindler ∞ Real Estate Acquisition & Development
John Schindler formed Capital Acquisition & Development in 2008 to consult, strategize and develop ways to capitalize and acquire distressed assets in the dramatically changing market. In 2009, John formed Natures Blueprint, Medical Health Builders, a specialty firm to design/build medical facilities and integrate natural Eastern Healing into Western Medical Environments, which has continued to this day. Other specialty areas include sustainable communities, on-line education, renewable energy and Superfood design and manufacturing.
Previously, John was a member of the CBRE | Melody, the elite Capital Markets, Investment Banking and Mortgage Banking division of CB Richard Ellis and Trammell Crow, focusing on financing debt and equity as well as providing feasibility and advisory services for large-scale investment properties, portfolios, medical campuses and mixed-use developments. He brought a diverse skill set to the Capital Markets Group with fundamental real estate knowledge of multiple property types, experience in asset management, project feasibility, underwriting, structured finance, debt and equity origination, investment banking, use of tax credits and public subsidies.
Mr. Schindler entered commercial real estate in 1978 in San Diego at the age of 18, and immediately became a top producer, representing developers and institutional clients. At the age of 21, Mr. Schindler was hired by CBRE (then called Coldwell Banker CRES) to help grow a new office in New Orleans, where he became the senior industrial brokerage expert, focusing on industrial development, oilfield service companies, distribution facilities, ports and foreign trade zones. Mr. Schindler was consistently one of the top producers, earning the office’s Salesman of The Year Award in 1986 and runner-up in 1984 and 1985.

With a focus on new paradigm principles and practice, Shiloh Boss is dedicated to bringing holistic awareness and positive momentum into the world of media-presentation, events, curriculum design, community building and organizational development. Shiloh shares an innovative focus on the healthy psychology of systems drawing from years of experience in Business and Administration, degrees in Somatic & Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University, as well as certification in Spiral Dynamics Integral; Natural Design in Systems, Holacracy, Conscious Evolution and Permaculture. Her efforts bring coherence and healing change into the personal and collective learning process of teams and community through dialogue, inquiry, strategic planning, graphic recording, systems design, governance protocols, contemplative practices, and group endeavor.
As a vanguard for the emerging world, Shiloh works in collaborative teams that craft a positive future for us all. Her recent works include project managing the start up of Rogue Valley Resiliency Fund; a vehicle for directing finances into regional sustainability efforts of Southern Oregon, working as an executive team-member in the program direction and organizational development of The Gene Keys, a global learning community based on conscious evolution and epigenetics, and consulting in self-organizing governance practices and business development with an integrated design team of eco-resorts, regenerative education centers, and eco-oriented enterprises.
Chris Juniper ∞ Sustainable Business Consultant
CORE Executive Director, is an international sustainability strategy, implementation and leadership consultant for corporations, governments and communities. A former economic development manager at the state/regional/local levels, his work has concentrated on sustainability strategies/tools, sustainable energy and transportation planning/analysis, community economic development, and sustainable procurement planning/projects plus implementation tools such as the Sustainability Performance Lifecycle Management System and LASER, a sustainable economic development system. A Colorado native and sustainability economist by training, he serves the Board of the Asia-Pacific Roundtable for Sustainable Consumption and Production and his alma mater, The Colorado College, as visiting lecturer.
